Notes:
This is some kind of vine that is growing on a cement retaining wall at Lake Burton (Georgia). We want to cover a bare spot on the wall with more of the same.

That is Climbing Hydrangea Vine (Schizophragma hydrangeoides). There are other species, such as S. integrifolium ( http://www.botanicalstockphotos.com/cat799.htm ) that also have impressive flowerheads, but all are very vigorous plants that you might want to think twice about before introducing to your garden.
