Small bush with tiny clusters of flowers. I planted it but don’ t remember what it is.

It’s a viburnum, most likely Viburnum carlesii or one of its cultivars or hybrids. If it had flowers on in late winter, with little or no leaves, it could be Viburnum bodnantense.
