I noticed this plant yesterday, opinions from my friends is that it is a tulip but I am really unsure and I want to identify it soon bc I have a German Shepherd and need to find out if it is poisonoius

Itsa tulip… Most animals don’t eat poisonous plants, unless they’re starved, or terrifically bored, like cats locked indoors… It’s hard to grow pretties… with big dogs in the garden…
