Notes:
I have small trees growing in an area I mulched with shredded bark mulch from a landscape supply company. I assume the trees came from acorns in the mulch since I don’t see any similar trees in my yard or my neighbors’. The larger leafed tree has been growing for two year and is nearly 6 feet tall while the smaller leafed tree has been growing only one year, is about 3 feet tall and is more bush shaped. Can anyone tell me what they are?
