Purchased three ears of silver queen corn at Union County Farmers Market in Blairsville on Saturday August 4th. When I shucked this ear of corn, this is what I found. Do you have any idea what it is?

In Mexico (state of Oaxaca) this is called huitlacoche (sp?). It’s eaten as a delicacy. I tried it; reminded me of hominy. If you still have it and are adventurous…go for it!
