Notes:
I bought 5 of these wholesale from a grower. I’m almost positive at the time he said they were oak hydrangae, but I’m seriously doubtful at this point. The branches/stems are woody and not like typical hydrangae. I’ve had no blooms of any kind. At a complete loss. I may have misheard the grower, but I do know he said they would bloom.

My best guess after increasing the size of the pic is maybe beauty berry. Check for little bunches of green berries, they turn color later in the summer / autumn. Can you take close-ups of the leaves, to post with the full-sized bush. It’s hard to identify based on a single picture.
