Notes:
Tree that every year has green fruit that can turn purple or orange, Constantly dropping from tree. Do not know what kind of tree it is, and what the fruit it.

Looks like a persimmon http://www.illinoiswildflowers.info/trees/plants/persimmon.htm Fruit is supposed to be very good AFTER it ripens but very bitter when still green.
