Blueberry Bushes – Watering
Q: Because of the watering ban, I’ve been using shower water on my five mid-size blueberry bushes. Should I continue to water them throughout the winter?
A: Why are you using shower water? Most water providers exempt food gardens from watering bans. Further, if the plants have been in the ground more than six months they are established enough to take care of themselves. Check www.georgiawaterrules.com to make sure your water provider exempts food gardens.
