Cool-Season Grasses

A hand-out will be provided to aide with recognition of vegetative or field characteristics of common cool-season grasses of the SE. Using the handout, students will work on recognizing grass parts that are useful in field identification. Fresh specimens will be examined using hand lens. The last two hours will be spent along powerline and river trails at the SBG where students will examine a wide variety of native and exotic gra.

Chattahoochee Valley Daylily Society Show & Sale
